Hotel Delivery in Japan｜ご宿泊ホテルへお届けします
Traveling in Japan? Buy your camera online and we'll deliver it straight to the hotel where you're staying — no need to carry it around Tokyo or change your sightseeing plans.
How It Works
- Shop online — browse our used cameras & lenses. Every item is inspected and photographed by our staff in Tokyo.
- Enter your hotel as the shipping address at checkout (see the guide below).
- We ship via Yamato Transport, Japan's most trusted courier. Orders usually arrive in 1–2 days after payment.
- Pick it up at the front desk. We recommend letting your hotel know a package is arriving under your name.
How to Fill In the Shipping Address
| Name | Your name, exactly as it appears on your hotel reservation |
| Company (会社名) | The hotel name — this is required (e.g. "Hotel Gracery Shinjuku") |
| Address | The hotel's street address (copy it from the hotel's official website or your booking confirmation) |
| Phone | Your mobile number (international numbers are fine) |
After placing your order, please reply to the order confirmation email with your check-in and check-out dates so we can make sure the package arrives while you're staying at the hotel.
Shipping Fee & Delivery Time
- Flat-rate shipping within Japan: ¥1,000
- Delivery usually takes 1–2 days from Tokyo (may take longer for Hokkaido, Okinawa, and remote islands)
- Please order at least 3 days before your check-out date to be safe
Please Note
- All prices include Japanese consumption tax. Tax-free shopping is not available for delivery orders.
- Please make sure the hotel accepts packages for guests (almost all hotels in Japan do).
- If your plans change and you can't receive the package, contact us as soon as possible — we'll arrange redelivery to your next hotel where possible.

Our shop is in Ebisu, Tokyo — a few minutes from Ebisu Station (JR Yamanote Line / Hibiya Line). You're welcome to see and test the cameras before you buy. See store information.
